Bridgette Bergeron Horak has been a licensed massage therapist for over ten years. She continues to do this work because she’s able to help people feel better, recover quicker, and maintain overall wellness.

Horak graduated from Kekino Massage Academy in Plano, TX where she was trained in anatomy & physiology, pathology, kinesiology, Swedish massage, prenatal massage, muscle energy technique, trigger point therapy, business & ethics, health & hygiene, and much more.

Horak focuses mainly on sports massage, stretching, deep tissue, cupping, Ayurvedic bodywork, and barefoot (Ashiatsu) massage.

She has also been trained in numerous modalities including lymphatic drainage technique, Thai massage, Fijian barefoot massage, facial massage, facial cupping, craniosacral therapy, aromatherapy, oncology massage, rockblading (IASTM), hot stone, TMJD massage, and more.


She has previously worked at Texas Sports Massage (previously known as Allen Sports Massage), The Spa at II Creeks, and Cooper Spa Dallas. At Texas Sports Massage, she worked with the indoor hockey league (Allen Americans,) indoor football league (Texas Revolution,) and indoor soccer league (Dallas Sidekicks.) She has also been featured in Voyage Magazine twice.


She does her best to provide results-driven massage therapy by taking the best continuing education classes.
